Hotel Hd Palace - Taipei

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the night market and easy access to the MRT stations, making it ideal for exploring the city.

The breakfast system in collaboration with Mos Burger was disappointing, as we had to deal with long wait times and a crowded atmosphere.

the units are lovely modern with comfortable bed.

Great and decent position, we greatly enjoyed staying here.

Location: the hotel was just next door to Great Restaurants, market and train station and bus station. Our room was huge and brand-new, equipped with excellent shower with many options, great view, as example❤

spacious room with great bath tub and shower. communication with front desk was a hassle.

The hotel is located in the central of Taipei. It is easy to find out.

The breakfast meal should have more food.

It was a very pleasant stay as they got the simple details right E.G. bathroom design, light switches at the right places, adequate variations in buffet breakfast.

I was appalled by the lack of extra beds-my daughter was treated like an inconvenience instead of a guest. The restaurant being closed was annoying, but to see others eating upstairs was downright insulting! How hard was it to offer a complimentary breakfast voucher for those inconveniences? I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Good size of rooms.I Have booked 5 rooms for 5 couples. Always clean rooms, nice toilet with bath tub. Beautiful lobby, very good choices of food for breakfast. Good location beside a bar. Accessible to taxis. We took taxis going to the nearest mrt station.

The lady supervisor / manager seldom smiles. Looks very strict but reasonable. I hope she can learn to project herself to be more approachable.

The rooms are very comfortable with view to Taipei 101. Design and furnitures are excellent, bathroom is clean with a huge bathtub. Staff is very helpful and kind. I was completely satisfied.

fantastic stay with easy access to key sights and parks

my stay was good, with the hotel just a few blocks from the night market and a short walk to da'an forest park, making it super convenient for exploring the vibrant local scene and enjoying some fresh air in the greenery.

The location was great, close to the buses and mrt stations. The bathroom and shower was quite nice, good water pressure. For the breakfast, they made a good effort to double check the food for my food allergies so I had no incidents. The staff was very friendly, and one of the staff members played the piano during breakfasts in the morning, which was a nice touch.

At the breakfast, they seemed to try to clean up after everyone too quickly, often trying to take away plates before people were finished eating. I liked that they were able to exchange my us dollars, but the exchange rate was really bad with high service charges.

HD palace has a good location, walking distance to Taipei 101. Hotel serves good breakfast, within a comfortable area, and with good weather a small terrace. Frontdesk personell is very helpfull and friendly.

Use the nextdoor Shangri-La as a referenve for Taxi drivers.

great location but breakfast needs improvement

The location is fantastic with easy access to the metro and plenty of dining options nearby. I enjoyed the city view from my room, it was a perfect backdrop for my stay. The staff was very friendly and offered helpful recommendations for exploring the local area.

The breakfast service was frustrating due to long wait times.

I booked a suite with climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television. The staff was personable and check in was quick. The daily service was excellent. Besides, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a bonus.

Wifi coverage is not enough in the room. The breakfast provided is a little bit weak.
